From Noorani Qaida to Reading the Quran

Our approved Noorani Qaida and the Quran copy used by our students follow the same colour system. The learner becomes familiar with the meaning of each colour while studying the Qaida and then finds the same visual guide when beginning Quran reading.

This continuity reduces confusion during the transition from foundational lessons to the Mushaf. Instead of learning a completely new visual system, the student continues using familiar indicators while the teacher develops correct practical application.

Important: colours support recognition and learning, but they do not replace understanding the rule, listening to the teacher or receiving direct pronunciation correction.

Red: Madd and Ghunnah

Red markings help the student recognise places connected to elongation and nasalisation while reading.

Does the student need previous Arabic knowledge?

No. Complete beginners can start from individual Arabic letters. The initial assessment determines the correct starting point.

Is the course suitable for both children and adults?

Why does the course use red and green markings?
